Job Description

  • You will develop and edit content such as press releases, blogs, eBooks, articles, internal materials, technical documentation, proposals and more.
  • You will disseminate messages internally and externally, using both traditional and innovative methodologies.
  • You will execute communications plans to support company objectives.
  • You will support innovative means to attract and engage audience, such as new PR and AR initiatives, new types of collateral, and innovative campaigns.
  • You will promote thought leadership to position the company and key representatives as industry experts.
  • You will provide consulting services to relevant stakeholders, including input and assistance with planning.
  • You will support relationships with key stakeholders internally across teams and management and externally with members of the press, analysts and industry experts.
  • You will track and share industry news with relevant internal audiences to both educate and foster engagement.
  • You will work with relevant platforms and vendors, such as PR or creative agencies, subcontractors, social media platforms, internal platforms and portals.
  • Bachelor s degree or professional equivalent in marketing, PR, communications, engineering, law, computer science, etc.
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
  • Proven writing ability and experience, with demonstrated capability to clearly communicate messages.
  • Experience establishing good working relationships across cultures and organizations in a matrix environment.
  • Proven capability of handling multiple tasks. Delivers excellent, on-time results, and generates clearly expressed reports of those results.
  • Experience in the execution of processes, with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment.
  • Experience in a relevant field that demonstrates the capacity to quickly learn and understand the business as required per position.
  • Experience working with vendors (such as PR vendors) and platforms (such as social media platforms) as required per position.
