Job Description

    Job Summary:We are seeking experienced and dedicated professionals for the role of Customer Support Executive in our US Voice Process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have prior experience in handling US-based customers in a BPO environment. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls for US-based clients with professionalism and efficiency.
    • Provide timely and accurate information to customers, resolving their queries and concerns.
    • Adhere to company protocols and service guidelines to maintain high-quality standards.
    • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
    • Meet individual and team performance targets for customer satisfaction and call handling time.
    Qualifications:
    • Education: Graduates or undergraduates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in any US Voice Process in a BPO.
    • Experience: Candidates with over 5 years of BPO experience are eligible for a higher salary bracket.
    • Skills: Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-first mindset.
    Compensation:
    • Salary: 40,000 45,000 CTC, based on experience.
    • Candidates with over 5 years of BPO experience will receive 45,000 CTC.
