Independently works within broad guidelines and uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues. Transfers concepts for professional direction of own organisational unit into actionable measures. Prepares databases and provides documentation of the planned network. On-site technical support of a customer network, providing expert technical advice on IP and Cloud solution integration of multivendor equipment and related services supported by applications.- Support pre-sales team during RFQ- Define, plan and implement integration and migration strategies, demonstrating proof of concept- Execute tests in lab environment supporting Solution Architects and Customer s Experts for the verification of the design- Identify and anticipate proactively network performance issues (traffic/quality/resiliency) and provides recommendations for improvement- Develop customer documents (test cases etc.)- Participate to first off operations on the customer network, integrating and validating the Solution within customers environment to ensure that all customer requirements, as defined in the contract are covered- Collaborate efficiently with technical personnel from other Nokia multi-regional groups and organizations involved in the process (Project Manager, Maintenance Service Managers, Regional Technical Support, Technical Expertise Center, Welcome Center, etc.)- Drive technical solutions to problems reported by the Customer.- Continuously look for new business opportunities by proactively encouraging customers to explore new solutions- Prepare High Level , Low Level IP and Cloud Datacenter Design documents and site specific IP Planning deliverables.Qualifications- Minimum 8 years of experience in IP domain and minimum 3 years of experience in testing , troubleshooting IP/MPLS network Operations.- Bachelor degree in telecom-related engineering field- Former Alcatel-Lucent/Nokia certifications or equivalent (NRS2 appreciated)- Knowledge of Nokia Service Routers specific system architecture, interfaces & protocol and hands on experience. - Understanding of Voice and Packet Core domain is also appreciated and preferred from IP Networking and Cloud Design perspective. - proven background in using:routing and IP/MPLS network protocols and features such as ISIS/OSPF, BGP, LDP,RSVP/TE, L2/L3 VPN, QoS, IPv6 and VxLAN.- Strong understanding of L2 and L3 communication , Cloud and Datacenter Leaf and Spine design. - Understanding of SDN technology and Linux environment is essential.- Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills- Experience automation tools would be a plus- Learning agility for upcoming new technology areas like docker , container and Kubernetes. - Reliability, seeking the success of the whole team,
