Job Description

    Roles & Responsibilities:
    1. Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes.
    2. Maintenance of company assets and inventory.
    3. Provide technical support for network, hardware and software issues.
    4. Manage the configuration and operation of accounts, license and services.
    5. Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to server security or usability concerns.
    6. Create and verify backups of data.
    7. Respond to and resolve help desk requests.
    8. Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.
    9. Review application logs.
    10. Install and test computer-related equipment.
    11. Purchase licenses and vendor negotiation.
    Skills:
    1. 2-3 years of work experience in System and Infra Administration.
    2. Graduate degree in related field.
    3. Extensive experience with VMware.
    4. Advanced knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues.
    5. Basic understanding of AWS, Network and server services.
    6. Upfront at vendor listing and resolving issues
