Job Description

    Minimum Required Skillset Hands-on Experience in areas such as network design and administration, data center operations Hands on Experience in areas of Tower & Rack servers, storage, Cisco network devices, Fortigate and SonicWALL Firewall Hands on Experience on Microsoft Technology like (Azure, Office 365, SCCM, Exchange, Mail Gateway). Knowledge of Security products like Data classification, DLP, and Antivirus. Dialer/PRI Knowledge Would be an extra Advantage. Good experience in IT team Management. Excellent Troubleshooting and analytical skills Good problems solving mindset Good understanding of IT systems in a corporate environment Delivery and deadline oriented and ready to work overtime Good written and Verbal communication Obsession towards speed AND quality An attitude of learning Ability to manage a team; further Coaching and Mentoring them High integrity and enthusiastic towards work. Proven ability to operate in extremely high-pressure, dynamic fast paced situations Successfully handle multiple competing priorities Possess a high level of discipline High degree of flexibility and professionalism Added advantage(s) - Presently employed in an organization with an employee strength of 500 or more Past experience in health care sector Past experience with call centers businesses.
