Job Description

We re hiring a self-motivated Supply operation manager with experience of 1-2 years. The successful candidate will work directly with the suppliers and the supply operations team to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each deliverables by the suppliers are compatible to fulfill client needs. We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture. The job requires a self-motivated, proactive and dedicated person with great analytical ability to analyze the performance of suppliers and provide insight with recommendations to improve the business performance.   • Daily proactively monitoring the performance of clients as well as suppliers
  • Regular identification of improvement areas of the system (bugs, issues and enhancement etc.) and worked closely with IT team to resolve them
  • Deep dive analysis of client/supplier performance along with performance improvement suggestions
  • Take on new and unproven tasks in order to develop new business ideas and opportunities that help lead the company to future success
  • Perform reconciliation for API clients and share the reconciliation analysis with team
  • Identifying the qualifications mapping gaps and bridge the mapping gaps for clients as well as in-house suppliers
  • Tracking the conversion of clients and perform the analysis on fluctuation and share data insights along with improvement suggestions
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s Degree or more
  • At least 1-2 year of experience managing projects/ vendor management in a creative setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage many different jobs and meet deadlines consistently
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced time management and analytical skills
