Fulfillment Centers throughout the U.S. handle millions of items from tens of thousands of vendors and ships them across the globe each day. IT RAD(Rapid Asset Deployment) RMA center manages RMAs for Amazon Seller Services and Transport Services RMA across the India. IT support Engineer will be working for RAD centers to provide Rapid solution for IT Infrastructure repairs and RMAs. IT Support engineer will be partnering with all the OEMs in India for RMA support.

• Knowledge and experience with hardware architectures and various operating systems to run ASIC s-based and merchant silicon-based platforms(1Gbps/10Gbps/100Gbps).
• Strong Unix skills and the ability to script in Python is desirable.
• Experience designing and deploying MPLS in the core (LDP/RSVP).
• Experience developing complex test plans as well as technical part of RFP/RFQ s for major network hardware, software and circuit vendor selection processes.
• Knowledge of the latest industry s trends including recent IETF RFC s, Network
• Function Virtualization (NFV), Software Defined Networking (SDN), Off-path decision making and Segment Routing (SR).
• CCIE/CCDE/JNCIE Lab a big plus.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer science or IT related field.
• Microsoft MCSE, CCNP
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in End user Computation and IT Asset management
• 2 to 4 years experience in Network Design and Implementation
• Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP,OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications
• Strong troubleshooting skills of very complex systems
• Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms
• Proven ability to work successfully with limited supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable communicating in person and via phone/radio with peers, management, contractors and vendors.
• Ability to stand/walk for 10-12 hours per day
• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP stack and extensive experience in the internals and applications of IPv4 and related troubleshooting tools. IPv6 knowledge and experience a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of interior routing with OSPF v2 and/or ISIS including design for low latency, high availability, high throughput and low convergence. Large scale design, migration experience and OSPFv3 a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of exterior routing with i/e BGP. Large scale design, complex filtering and route manipulation experience a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of and experience with major wired LAN/WAN platforms including but not limited to Cisco ISR/ASR/ASA and/or Juniper MX/SRX.
• Candidates should also possess past experience with and/or expertise in most of the following protocols and technologies: various STP flavors, First Hop Redundancy Protocols (including VRRP and HSRP), Multicast, QoS, VRF, Netflow v5/v9, ECMP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, NTP, Anycast, 802.1x, Port bundling and SLA tracking tools. Cisco CCNA and CCNP certification
• Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms
• Ability to manage high priority projects
• Strong Leadership skills
• Hands on experience in Cisco CLI
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability
• Expert in at least one or more areas including network engineering, Cisco configuration and management, Microsoft Windows administration or Linux server administration.
