Roles and Responsibility : Core Skills Excellent communication skills and bold. Experience in Incident Support Experience in Non Production Application Support. Working knowledge of UAT and SIT environments. Working experience of how to deploy a application. Working knowledge of Javascript, HTML, JQuery, BootStrap Working knowledge of Core Java, Any Java framework. Working knowledge of Apache server like Tomcat. Strong working knowledge of Java, J2EE, web services and application integration technologies Nice To Have Experience in IIS and Websphere, Linux/Unix, Putty Experience with SQL and relational database technologies Solid understanding of distributed application packaging, deployment, and performance management Responsibilities: Support existing Java web applications. Support in handling the incidents. Create and maintain supporting documentation. Strong planning, organizational and consulting skills Ability to communicate effectively to technical and nontechnical audiences and work with business partners as well as infrastructure teams Self-initiator, fast and independent learner and ability to multitask Provide ongoing support to web application systems in non-production including responding to service requests, problem analysis, resolution, escalation and reporting as necessary. ,
