Job Description

    We are looking for a strong junior frontend engineer with proven technology experience to be part of a team delivering world class software. We are looking for programmers with a keen eye for design for the position of frontend engineer. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of building electronic health record software. Key aims and objectives Front end engineers are required to work in teams alongside backend developers, graphic designers, and user experience designers to ensure all elements of web creation are consistent. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Specific Responsibilities Determining the structure and design of web pages. Ensuring user experience determines design choices. Developing features to enhance the user experience. Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design. Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones. Building reusable code for future use. Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability. Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages. Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design. Developing front end website architecture. Designing user interactions on web pages. Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones. Ensuring responsiveness of applications. Seeing through a project from conception to finished product. Write technical documentation Designing and developing APIs. Writing testable, scalable, and efficient code.Core operational / Technical Competencies Logical Thinking Industry knowledge Technological Knowledge Understanding of developmental tools Coding excellence Professional attitudeSkills Experience, knowledge and technical skills Sound knowledge of HTML, CSS Knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) is required Knowledge of ReactJS Experience developing web, desktop and mobile applications. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. The ability to form strong relationships with internal teams. The ability to prioritize and remain calm under pressure 1+ years of relevant experience design and development applications Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, business, or a related field Strong coding, data structures, and algorithms. The ability to own end to end responsibility right from the requirement to release. The ability to produce bug-free and production-grade code. Excellent cross-disciplinary collaboration skills and strong organizational agility Experience working for early-stage and late-stage startups preferred Required Behaviors Mature, pragmatic and flexible approach, strong commercial judgment.
