Its a cross-functional, client-facing role where the candidate will have to manage the entire journey of the client, from pre-sales/solutioning to research/benchmarking to customer success. - This role would put you right in the middle of Product, Sales, Marketing & Engineering teams; becoming a single point of contact. Youll be aiding the business teams in capability demos and will get considerable face time with the client, understanding their challenges and suggesting ways Knowmax can help solve it.
