Roles and Responsibilities Hi we have openings for L2 Engineer(messaging domain- USSD & SMSC)3yrs-4yrs Gurgaon 30days Title: L2 EngineerExperience: 3-4 years Location: Gurgaon, IndiaThe purpose of the role is: Knowledge and troubleshooting of Messaging(USSD & SMSC) Knowledge of ITIL Framework Knowledge of overall Telecom /GSM Domain Knowledge of latest Operating Systems like Linux/Unix, Windows Prior experience in Telecom Managed Service, NOC environment Knowledge of latest PM toolsKey Responsibilities Interface with Tools and ISVs for requirement gathering for NOC Integration & Implementation Advanced knowledge of overall telecom domain with exposure to VAS, preferable messaging domain- USSD & SMSC(Acision, Tango, Comviva) Prior experience in telecom managed services or a similar environment Advance MS-office and Visio skills Good Analytical Skills.
