Job Description

Role Purpose Provide operational performance data insights and analysis Deliver timely inputsrecommendation for improvements in business processes and customer experience Key Accountabilities

  • Recommend processsystem changes based on data Analytics
  • Communication with stakeholders across operations to understand their requirements and provide data analysis accordingly
  • Robotics Process to capture and interpret existing applications for processing a transaction, manipulating data, triggering responses and communicating with other digital systems
  • Provide data insight for different projects to enable right decision
  • Deliver customer-specific reports and analyses for NetOps SMT review meetings with customers
  • Automate daily reporting requirement and deliver on time with quality
Other Accountabilities (optional)
  • Retain existing and even increase scope of ISO accreditations within Network Operations
  • Lead and develop our Network Operations culture in line with Value, Vision Strategy
  • Relationships and key contacts
Skills Experience Must have
  • Excellent knowledge of advanced Excel functions (such as advanced formulas, data connections)
  • Basic Knowledge of SQL (complex queries); Oracle, SAP HANA and PLSQL (Oracle variant)
  • Good to have VBA coding VBS coding knowledge PHP coding knowledge
  • SQL (DML [insert, update, delete], DLL and TCL) statements
  • Business Objects features (webi in particular) SAP HANA - Colt Data Warehouse (especially SIEBEL tables) Visual Studio Python
