Job Description

    Lead Business Excellence who will be responsible to drive operational and/or client KPI performance by performing compliance audit, standardization, improvisation & automation of processes. This role will require to work with cross functional teams within the organization.The role is hands-on and requires a detailed approach for designing process models & flows to identify bottlenecks and solution around it. Exposure towards leveraging technology for process automation will be highly appreciated.The candidate will be expected to bring in innovation capabilities using business excellence framework, sig sigma, lean etc.Responsibilities
    • Driving operational KPI performance
    • Performing Compliance Audit, Standardization, Improvisation & Automation of Processes
    • Designing Process models & flows to identify bottleneck
    • Process documentation and execution of high impact process excellence projects
    • Time and motion study for all the activities aligned in a process flow to gauge efficiency and effectiveness
    • Bring in innovative capabilities using business excellence framework, six sigma, lean, etc. Green Belt certified will be preferred
    • Monitor the effectiveness of projects through weekly/monthly reporting
    • Designing the solution to remove bottlenecks within the processes which at times would require the use of technology
    Skills & Experience
    • Mandatory experience of 2+ years driving process/business excellence in BPO domain
    • Educational Qualification Graduate/Masters in any stream
    • Work Experience 4+ years in Process Excellence/Operational/Business Excellence roles in Outsourcing industry
    • Strong stakeholder management skills
    • Excellent planning & time management skills
    • Analytical bent of mind & data savvy
    • Hands on experience using excel, power point, creating process flowcharts
