For more details visit www.gonoise.com and Instagram Page: @go_noise https://www.youtube.com/watch v=a9zHkKCpzfs Roles & Responsibilities - Your will bes Key Strategic Focus Areas - Delivery: Deliver high-quality projects, maximizing solution commonality, and reusability across business segments/channels across markets- Development: Lead the technical design, build, and quality assurance of all technical customizations and solution development landscape.- Planning & Testing Services: Deliver release planning and testing design processes/services / tools to enable delivery excellence and reduce risk to IT landscape- Enterprise First / Design Authority: Build a global digital foundation with harmonized business processes Functional Responsibilities: - Manage the best fit ERP global template releases which include the evaluation, estimation, design, configuration, build and test to meet the approved new requirements/change requests initiated by sector S/4 projects- Design and implement ERP frameworks to provide scalability, reusability, and performance optimization- Facilitates process governance with D&D Solution Architects- Partner with strategic vendors to develop flexible staffing models for S/4 projects- Establish operating procedures and ways of working for the S/4 Competency Center- Manages ERP Implementation baseline budget and ensures that the overall productivity objectives are met- Ensures all ERP-related quality, compliance, and fiscal standards are met- Stays up-to-date with technology and industry trends by proactively participating in training, self-study, conferences, webcasts, user group participation, reading or other relevant means Our Requirement - Experience of 8-16 years in leading large Enterprise Solution implementation - ERP / CRM/ Microserves/ Cloud/BI etc.- Bachelors degree required, advanced degree or equivalent experience required.- Strong industry and functional expertise with configuration and design experience on SAP projects- Domain Experience preferred - E-Commerce, Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing.- Exposure experience in few Global ERP Implementations including SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics etc is mandatory.- Be part of a culture that celebrates and embraces integrity, diversity, and inclusion- Provides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers, resolving very difficult and sensitive issues effectively.- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.- Solves highly complex, politically sensitive problems across teams.- Strong financial management experience with proven ability to manage annual budget.- Strong management skills with the ability to develop teams and cultivate talent.- End-to-end deep knowledge of supply Chain (SCM), Sales & Distribution, Production Planning & Material Management, Accounting & Financials, CRM Solutions and HRMS solutions etc.,
