As the Recruitment Lead at Massive, you will:- Define & write profiles in close consultation with Start-up Founders.- Write crisp, yet engaging JDs to target candidates with right blend of desirables.- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources, and execute innovative recruiting strategies.- Craft interesting recruiting e-mails to engage & attract both active and passive candidates.- Source, qualify & match candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions across assigned Start-ups.- Screen incoming resumes. - Handle screening interviews & shortlist potential hires.This position is NOT:- An HR Generalist profile. You are not signing up for other HR functions, though you might be involved with HR related activities from time to time. It is a hardcore RECRUITER ROLE, so you need to be sure you can do this day in and day out, and then some more.We are looking to hire people from diverse sectors, who are keen to move into a wide array of roles (from highly-technical leadership to on-ground execution team) in Climate Tech Start-ups / Investing space. So, yours is a high impact role where you will lead the entire recruitment business for the company, and be part of the core team working directly with the Start-up Founders.
