The UX Lead will be expected to work collaboratively with senior management, as well as the product teams to create detailed user friendly products and websites for a great user experience. This is a significant opportunity to join a fast growing company as well as take on a leadership role within a growing product organization.Essential Skills: 6- 8 years of experience in Visual & Interaction Design and collaboration with Developers. Expert in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Mobile First and Responsive web design. A solid understanding of designing intuitive site functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces, and navigation. Passion for creating world- class customer experiences. Strong knowledge of User Interface workflow modeling. Visual Design and/ or User Interface Engineering experience strongly preferred. Responsibilities: Creation of UI mockups, UI flow diagrams, and final UI designs. Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end- to- end user experiences that optimize. Among user needs, business goals, and technological realities across web & mobile platforms Plan/ define product requirements. Deliver detailed user experience & visual design specifications, mockups, prototypes to product teams. Advocating Web interaction design best practices with a focus on consistency and usability. Create rapid prototypes of interfaces to be used as a blueprint for technical development. Educationa Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters Degree Graphic Design. Compensation: As per industry norms.
