Job Description

    - Formulating a robust L&OD Strategy, to include need-based development programs and interventions to enhance organizational capabilities that focus on both long-term and immediate needs - Quality the requests for learning interventions through learning needs Identification & Formulation. Work with business leaders and managers to identify and classify capability needs and trends within the business- Assess and identify organizational, departmental, and individual development requirements- Design, develop and deliver outcome-based learning solutions. Garner best practices from different organizations and interact with experts from the industry- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of strategies, projects and programs for successful implementation and results- Manage the planning, design, and implementation / delivery of all learning and development requirements- Constantly seek innovative and technologically advanced methods of delivering learning- Ensure constant feedback & coaching to the team to upscale the performance of the team and the team members- Facilitate and administer courses and programs that support interactive and practical application- Create an evaluation strategy based on the needs of the stakeholders, leveraging qualitative and quantitative measures- Improvisation through implementation the feedback received from different stakeholders and take necessary steps in the process- Influence the desired culture in the organization through various interventionsProfile :- Minimum 12 years of experience in learning & organization development, facilitation and learning based project management- Exposure of creating end to end learning frameworks and measuring learning effectiveness- Team Management skills- Project Management- Content design- Exposure to simulation-based learningJob Offer :- Will get to adapt best practices from the industry and replicate the same as per the organization needs- Market competitive compensation,
