One of the key focuses of the DS&O team as part of the continuous new change and process improvement work we do is to ensure we are training the wider Delivery team correctly on new changes in a timely and well documented manner. Your role will be to help us create new processes and structures as well as collaborating with existing teams. This role is deeply cross-functional, and will partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Growth and Leadership to drive necessary change as we continue to grow.Why we need this role:Execution support for training and certification as part of rolling D3.0 out - for the level of change we anticipate over the next 6 months will mean that there is a demand for creation and ongoing training materialsWhat you will be responsible for:
• Creating, managing, and delivering engaging training across multiple mediums and multiple learning styles for up to 100 individuals with a view for this number to continue growing
• Collaboration with other stakeholders to ensure training materials are thorough
• Managing a Wordpress training portal
• Utilizing technical and creative writing skills to engage course participants
• Address changes and feedback to course deliverables in a timely manner
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to attain a good understanding of training needs
, Requirements
• 3+ years process management for the training development lifecycle
• Strong experience in program management with a deep focus on execution, follow-through, accountability and results
• Strong working knowledge of content management software like Wordpress
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
