Legal Counsel - An Engineering Co., Gurgaon Provide accurate and timely counsel to senior management and executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.) Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategiesSpecify internal governance policies and regularly monitor complianceResearch and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operationsApply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issuesCommunicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.) , creating relations of trustDraft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the companys full legal rightsDeal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and provide clarification on legal language or specificationsConduct your work with integrity and responsibilityMaintain current knowledge of alterations in legislationManage the integration from multiple thinking environs related to one (integrated) overall direction for the organisationProvide to the Sales Managers and Project Managers legal guidance specific to the projects and proposals assignedAttend and participate in various committee meetings regarding pricing and project reviewsEnsure all legal advice given is in accordance with local statutory requirements and the companys policies and proceduresDesired Profile : Candidate should be Law Graduate with minimum 10 yrs + work experience in drafting EPC Contracts.
