Job Description

    We are looking for a Local Order Management Specialist for a well reputed Consumer Electronics client :Roles and ResponsibilitiesSupport to service, marketing, and sales teams with stock availability details
    • Respond efficiently to all customer queries with reliable and accurate information
    • Communicate delivery date confirmation within the system
    • Highlight and provide all information on constrained items (work within the Stock Allocation Workbench)
    • Demand Planning and purchasing of local stock (e.g. for local demand, samples, events, demo stock, merchandise)
    • Re-balancing of stock levels in the local warehouse(s) as required, to ensure best delivery possible based on forecast and current demand.
    • Stock transfer between local warehouses, consideration of import and export guidelines.
    • Responsible of controlling and scrapping for the local warehouses
    • Returning of goods to KG if needed
    • Responsible for local item master data, pricing and create related reports
    • Process item or stock related information e.g. stop notices, phase in, phase outs, pricelists
    • Ensure Service Level Agreements are fulfilled and sustained
    • The ability to communicate in a professional manner in a fast pace working environment
    • Accuracy and reliability in performing daily tasks
    • Strong team spirit and clear communication when dealing with queries from the customer
    • Available to support introduction of new processes & procedures pertaining to the team
    • Continuously monitor all customer order lines in backlog to ensure the dates promised to the customer are kept up to date with the latest information
    • Highlight to channels and allocation captains constrained items concerning customer orders, so they can make decisions on the allocation
    • Work in collaboration with direct sales departments
