This role is for LTE layer 3 design and development Candidate should have development experience of LTE Layer 3 protocols , RRC , X2AP , S1AP , RRM , SON , ANR , Handover. Strong in C , C++ , data structures , IPC , multi - threading. Work experience on platform like TI , Cavium , Intel etc. Should have strong debugging skill e.g. able to solve crash issues , handling of memory related issues etc. Good understanding of 3GPP spec mainly , 36.331 , 36.423 , 36.413 , 36.213 , 36.321. Must have overall understanding of LTE system (release 9 and 10). Experience of using unit test framework Other Responsibilities: Should have basic understanding of LTE Layer 2 protocols. Helping other team members in solving complex issues. Code review and unit testing. Responsible for documentation of docs such as design doc , test cases etc. Masters or Bachelors in computer Sc or electronics. Should have years of experience in LTE development,
