Summary: The objective is to supervise and manage Cash Pickups teams ( internal & external agencies) at Zonal level to deliver continuous results, drive improvement through initiatives, identify area of opportunity and fix them in a process oriented approach. Key Responsibilities: 1. To Ensure Monthly and yearly target of conversion/ collections is achieved by the internal team and vendors at Zonal level. 2. To ensure and manage sufficient manpower in field as per the volume of cash pickup in different cities and locations. 3. Keep in touch with various departments in the organization basis requirement to ensure 100% smooth functioning of the department. 4. To keep team motivated and performing against the Target assigned to Zone. 5. To ensure various team building activities to deliver the required target and minimize the attrition in the team. 6. To ensure team have adequate process knowledge and have all IT assets/ rights as required. 7. Prioritization and allocation of contracts between internal and external agencies based on previous performance in order to maximize the performance. 8. Actively monitor Zone/ state/ city/ area/ team efficiencies and come up with recommendations to improve basis specific collection strategies. 9. Mentoring and coaching of TLs & AMs to achieve the SLAs and grooming them for next level. 10. To analyze the root cause of low performance, prepares report on It and propose solution with time line 11. To Ensure CPU tools and other technology to minimize manual process 12. To ensure collaboration between CPU, Tele and early team. 13. To ensure sufficient allocation of early cases during free time of CPU team. Desired Profile: 1. Graduate in any streams 2. Relevant experience of handling zone level or multi state level field collections / agencies 3. Well versed with MS offcie applications 4. Must have good knowledge of Engligh/ Hindi,
