Job Description

Responsibilities :

Incumbent will be performing the following as a member of the OR&C team:

  • Compiling the presenting metrics demonstrating the effectiveness of the processes and controls
  • Responding to a broad range of both routine and ad hoc requests concerning risks and controls
  • Responsible for managing projects from the envisioning, definition of business requirements and processes through to systems development, testing and implementation.
  • Manage timelines and perform an independent assessment of project deliverables
  • Plan and manage meetings and working groups
  • Perform routine status reporting
  • Involvement in other enterprise initiatives (ERHPRC alignment, PCS, etc)

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess the following:

Qualifications: Minimum education requirements: college degree required, preferably with a concentration in a Finance-related field

Experience : 10+ years performing back officemiddle office operation, risk management, business analysisdefinition and Project Management to support large projects or business change or both

Mandatory Skills:

  • Ability to work independently, set and manage plans, achieve results
  • Ability to drive to closure and keeping diverse groups accountable for deadlines
  • Understanding of the Front to Back Workflow of fixed incomeequityETDOTC products is preferred o Familiarity with trade lifecycle
  • Experience in Operations or Control initiatives
  • Must have ability to apply strategic thinking to multiple, complex organizational and business issues, ability to translate into practical plans for project execution
  • Organized and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Demonstrated ProjectProgram management capability
