Job Description

The candidate for the Risk Governance role would be required to support the evolution of a centralized Risk Partner engagement within the various programs under CFT and infuse risk practices into standard execution activities associated with the success of the overall Program.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure adoption and adherence to the Enterprise Change Standards and GTO Controls Management System
  • Key Program Risk Identification and Reporting of risks to senior leadership
  • Ensure Audit Readiness for GTO, Finance, PCA assessments and Enterprise Change reviews.
  • Work closely with project/change managers to remediate identified issues
  • Develop reporting capabilities on risk data analytics that will enable effective decision making, increase awareness of risk programs and activities, and cultivate a robust risk culture within the program.
  • Support the Risk Governance team in reinstating the Deliverable Quality Assurance program in order to sustain and/or improve the quality of the deliverables to a level that is commensurate with the expectations of a high rigor program
  • Establish overall norms and standards for Risk Governance; train and advise teams as needed
  • Cultivate and deepen relationships with key stakeholders
  • Contribute with automation/efficiency opportunities(Excel, VB, Access, Sharepoint)
  • The associate may be required to work on PMO/MIS deliverables

Requirements

Education Post-graduate

Experience Range- 8 to 9 years minimum with minimum 2 years of work experience with Enterprise Risk Management/Program Risk Management

Mandatory skills

  • In-depth understanding of Risk Governance at an Organization level

Desired skills

  • Familiarity with Bank specific deliverables (BRD, FMEA, etc ), Excel, VB, Access, Sharepoint and other MIS/Automation tools
