Job DescriptionClient Servicing : Continually innovate, develop and suggest enhancements to existing products and pricing structure with a view to always being one step ahead of our competitors Establish, develop and maintain positive working relationships with client contacts at all levels at all times. Maintain a consistent servicing schedule with all clients and ensure all materials used for the service are thoroughly checked and accurate. New Product Development : Identify new product categories to audit and other profitable new business opportunities by keeping up to date on industry activities and engaging in discussions with personnel from relevant departments on potential market size and key players. Discuss findings with the Senior Manager / Associate Director. Innovation / new Research areas : Seek business opportunities in other areas of research apart from Retail audit. Discuss with clients on their needs and how can GfK help the clients in growing their business with GfK s research. Fully understand the regulations on rate card policy. Brand Promotion / Media Activity : Ensure members of the media are provided with meaningful and insightful market research data, as appropriate, to help the company achieve maximum favorable press coverage. Assist the Line Manager as follows: - Ensuring that data quality is in line with GfK international standards and standards set by the Research Director Preparation of presentations and general client servicing Preparing for recruitment and servicing of retailers Gathering all information necessary to undertake data reconciliation Ensuring the business group follows the GfK international standards Ensure methodologies and deliverables follow GfK international standards .We offer an exciting work environment that brings people together.
