Job Description

7 10 years prior industry related business development experience. Construction / Engineering / Technical experience would be highly preferred. Responsibilities

    Become an active and critical member in the Business Development function. Identify and develop new business for the company and help company expand and maintain existing business Conduct extensive market research to identify potential companies and decision makers, cold calls, email campaigns, web - meetings, etc. Develop both short - term and long - term new business and revenue generation opportunities Willingness / flexibility for extreme travelling (if necessary) Excellent people handing and communication abilities Supporting contract proposals and negotiations with clients Establish good and considerate working relationships with all staff in the organization in a way which demonstrates respect for their particular role and responsibilities
Other Attributes
    Essential academic, professional qualifications and experience Education to degree standard or equivalent experience. Knowledge of the international business development processes and procedures. Costing, budgeting and contract management experience. Strong management, organizational and co - ordination skills Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal and teamwork skills, and able to relate to others confidently within a cross - cultural environment in order to manage teams and ensure strong customer relations Ability to communicate in a cross - cultural environment and to engage with stakeholders at all levels
