Category - Sourcing will lead designated department or the category merchandising and develop an affordable yet fashionable product line for aggressive business growth. The incumbent must have the vision to create future programs for the success of the brand. He/she would be required to assist Category head in developing and implementing programs and policies designed to increase sales and profits of Category and achieve planned results. He/she would be responsible for P & L of the category; drive sales, product development, branding, product mix, TNA Planning, Quality assurance, promotions, floor planograming, and vendor management. He/she must be able to lead team of Asstt Category buyers and drive them to deliver sustainable results in buying and/or merchandising.
