Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities MIS REPORTS
    • Responsible for Preparing, Analyzing & presenting MIS Reports which includes profit & loss statement, net working capital, cash flow, KPIS and other details of the business.
    • Review business performance and provide commentary on a monthly and periodic basis in consultation with Business Unit Head.
    • Design, create, implement, modify, maintain and support existing reports.
    FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS
    • Responsible for preparing of Annual Budget & Strategy Financials in consultation with Business Unit Head and other Division Heads.
    • Responsible for variance analysis of contribution margin & expenses against budget & last years.
    • Responsible for preparing weekly Financial estimates for business.
    PRODUCT COSTING & PRODUCT MARGIN ANALYSIS
    • Reviewing the full product costing process for all the monthly report release.
    • Responsible for preparing Finished Good Inventory Valuation.
    • Responsible for preparing SKU wise profit margin data & reporting margin exception to Business Unit Head.
    BOOK CLOSING & FINALIZATION
    • Review ledgers & coordinate with the team for book closure activities (monthly and annual).
    • Preparation of related party transaction quarterly as well as annually for board presentation and note to account.
    • Responsible for Intracompany Account reconciliation
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • Chartered Accountant ( CA INTER/ ICWA WILL NOT BE SUITABLE)
    • Experience in working for a manufacturing company is required
    • Awareness of IND-AS and audit preferred.
    • Its a HO role with reporting to the CFO
