    Hi!Greetings From MNR SolutionUrgently Hiring for Sr Executive/Manager -Finance& Accounts (AP) for Retail Ecommerce IndustryQualification- CAJob Role:Prior Experience/Qualifications
    • Exposure of Vendor Management/ Vendor Negotiations
    • Should have independently handled end to end Banking Transactions (Foreign Remittances/ Forward Rate bookings/ Treasury Management)
    • Experience of Preparation of Financial Statements as per Schedule III of Companies Act 2013.
    • Strong Hold of Direct and Indirect Taxation Laws (GST + Customs)
    Job Description
    • Adhere to the MIS timelines with the internal team as well as with the Management.
    • Ensuring a positive cash flow position in the company throughout the year and scheduling the pay-outs to multiple vendors accordingly while adhering to the credit period timelines as well.
    • Having an adequate justification along with references for the projections drawn by the concerned treasury team for all the Loss-making Forex forward contracts and suggesting the way forward for mitigating such losses in the future.
    • Ensure the SOPs for P2P, FAR, and Treasury management are accurately designed and effectively followed by the team.
    • Ensure smooth completion of Statutory Audits within the timeline for AP processes.
    • Keeping a strong check on the various cost components of the company and reasoning out the differences and suggesting corrective action for the same.
    • Introducing various automation in the AP processes to bring efficiency and effectiveness in the AP processes.
    • Knowledge sharing within the team and cross-team, effective training, giving opportunities to teammates for enhancing their skill set, and having effective leadership in place.
    Screening Questions:
    • Any Direct Tax Amendment Proposed in Budget 2021
    • Any recent change proposed in GST Act/ GST Filings.
    • Any exposure in getting a CC Limit/LC limit from Bank
    Note: Ecommerce and Retail Industry exp would prefer.
