Role: Manager Govt Liaison & Real Estate Project Approval Coordination, Chandigarh Work Experience: 5+ Years Place of Posting : Chandigarh and Gurgaon Number of positions: 2 (1 each for Chandigarh & Gurgaon) Salary: Up to 8.0 Lac PA Role & Responsibilities: Dealing with all types of approval files in the Government offices / departments in Chandigarh. Complete updatation of office records and arranging government notifications as announced from time to time. Assisting Head - Liaison in managing Chandigarh office output with regard to various approvals of projects. Independently handle Project Approval follow-up in Real Estate government offices. Maintain excellent relationship and rapport with dealing officers and senior authorities in Real Estate Office in Haryana & Punjab. Provide regular update and feedback to Head - Liaison on developments of the companys project files in Real Estate Authorities in Chandigarh. Channelize all resources whether personal or official to get the timely approval of Real Estate Projects. ,
