Job Details:Work with Digital team to understand the business needs and establish deep understanding of the business functions.Work with Business unit SMEs to establish deep understanding of the business functions and user needs.Translate functional requirements into a proposed solution by feasibility analysis/ POCs /Prototypes etc.Create solution architecture, product prototyping, development and integrationsDefine the technical/ non-functional requirements ( performance, scalability etc.) for the implementation of the new products & solutionsEvaluate technical aspects of the solution architecture, including the technology used, methodology followed, and devices selected with the customer.Prepare technical solution and architecture documents, reusable artefacts/frameworks, re-usable assets, artefacts, work products and presentations based on project requirements and industry best practicesUnderstand various non-functional aspects of application design and provide a solution to optimize performance, scalability etc.Complete accountability of all aspects of software development like code reviews, QA, UAT, change control, configuration management, security and vulnerabilities, auditing etc.Work closely with Business and technology stakeholders, Lead and mentor development teams ( in house and extended partner teams)Contribute toward excellence in a highly agile, collaborative, team-oriented environmentRapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
