    • Good communication skills
    • Must have at least 2-3 years experience as Assistant Manager/Manager in Domestic BPO
    • Team handling experience of minimum 80-100 TME and AM, TL,s under him.

    • Must have experience in Telesales outbound
    • Aware about the basic KRA and KPIs
    • Knowledge of Attrition and Shrinkage
    • Must have experience in hardcore sales outbound
