Job Description

Manager, Performance management In this niche role, you will learn and apply a variety of HR concepts. Responsibilities

Performance management own the iPerform tool, its usage, upkeep, data delivery, and partner relationship and audits
Performance tool implementations- over time transition the current tool to a more new-age performance tool that allows project feedback, non-hierarchical feedback, 360, etc.
Innovating performance management practices scan the market and competition to pick best practices and implement as relevant
leadership development projects Project manage key talent development projects (in 2021 the focus in Executive leadership assessment & development by Korn Ferry + Culture of Feedback in TS)
Take sessions with new hire VPs on performance management
Partner with business teams on banding for new M&A, Rebadges
Work with new M&As to align them to G performance management philosophy and tool
Create and publish promotion guidelines
