Job Description

    Strong understanding in running/building marketing campaigns, DM platforms like GoogleAds, Facebook Ads Manager, DV360, performance marketing channels, data analysis using excelRole :The Manager - Performance Marketing will report to the Associate Director - Marketing and will be responsible for :- Owning performance marketing across all channels- Working closely with the team and taking full ownership for delivering assigned B2C revenue/user targets- Implementing marketing and growth programs- Analyzing consumer patterns ( conversion ratios, competitor analysis) to advise on the effectiveness of media investments- Prioritizing key marketing tactics across programs to maximize country growth, revenue, and efficiency targetsRequirements :- Work experience : Minimum of 4 years- Expertise in building & running marketing campaigns to drive consistent sales revenue growth for the company- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DV360, etc.)- Strong understanding of marketing channel attribution, measurement frameworks, and key business and channel metrics- Understanding of performance marketing channels like Programmatic Displays, UAC, and local channels- Comfort with data structuring and analysis using Microsoft Excel- Ability to translate data into insights and decision points for internal stakeholders- Exemplary written, oral, and visual communication skills - Entrepreneurial mindset, execution focus, and an adaptive temperament in face of start-up chaos,
