We invite you to join our team to find out how you too can start something priceless.Role & Responsibilities: tOwn & drive Engagement, Growth and Spends strategy, initiatives and promotions across the Core Product portfolios (Debit, Credit, Prepaid and Co-brand cards) for South Asia tTrack performance on Key business metrics (Card Activation rates, Authorization rates, Card not present transactions, Contactless usage, Cross border usage) across all product portfolios and derive data-based insights to define corrective actions and strategy tBe the Innovation champion for South Asia: Coordinating & collaborating with global and regional product teams to identify best practices, synergies, new opportunities & partnerships tDevelop deep understanding of competitive landscape in South Asia, lead competitive benchmarking and creation of appropriate solutions & strategies to counter competition tIdentify emerging trends in spend categories and re-imagine product constructs and value propositions to cater to new & emerging consumer segments tIn collaboration with internal cross functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Partnerships) drive the execution of advertising, promotional and sales programs to meet unit objectives All about You: tYou are self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering growth and success on identified KRAs tYou have the business acumen and comfort in working with numbers & large data sets and deriving actionable insights and recommendations tYou are a collaborator and a problem solver, and you are enthusiastic about creating meaningful, market differentiated value propositions for MasterCard and our customers tYou have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and you are able to manage and oversee multiple projects and initiatives concurrently tYou are comfortable while operating within a cross functional team environmentDue to COVID-19, most of our employees are working from home.
