Job Description

    Manager Project AcademyKey Responsibilities :- To solve business problems affecting efficiencies (cost and time) in specific projects, group of projects or business unit as a whole- Multiple types of Analysis of the ongoing process in project execution and performance- To identify gaps in the processes which are adversely impacting the business and solve for them- Manage and conduct multiple campaigns across the SBU focused on priorities of the business. Initiatives like mechanization and digitalization- Drive initiatives by focusing on change management philosophies- PMO of critical projects incl. escalation and mitigation of risks, fast tracking execution etc.,
