Job Description

Roles & Responsibility
  • This position willreport to CEO in the interim till CFOis brought on board.
  • Build a high quality and high impact finance and investment team.
  • Execute the complete cycle - deal origination with FIs, credit assessment, and disbursal and post disbursal monitoring / relationship management.
  • Responsible for financial modeling and analysis of projects, RFP analysis, deal structuring and execution, fund raising including equity finance, financial closure and advising on tax implications.
  • Structure and implement innovative deals to add value to the company within the lending norms/priority sector guidelines of RBI.
The Successful Applicant
  • Masters degree, or equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a private sector infrastructure company, PE firms or banks
  • Hands - on experience in originating loans, guarantees and/or equity transactions, managing due diligence, financial modeling, mitigating credit and other risks, negotiating term sheets and finance documentation and related project finance activities.
  • Experience in forex, hedging, financing and dealstructuring for project finance.
  • Innovative deal and transaction structuring.
