Job Description

    What sets Aye apart from other players in the mix is the assisted fintech- approach we use to offer credit to this historically excluded segment. Micro SMEs typically have a scanty digital and financial footprint as compared to their larger market counterparts, making their credit assessment and offering economical line of credit a challenge. While our proprietary, Cluster Based Credit Assessment methodology has allowed us to underwrite the risk, we have also designed our customer acquisition process which mirrors the comfort of the Indian micro entrepreneur who is not comfortable transacting on the internet. We have chosen to set up low cost branch networks to deliver a high touch origination experience to him, and to ensure we maintain economies of scale of our small ticket size loans we have used cloud based business process engine and variety of data models, and optimally automated our underwriting and collections processes.This Indianized approach has provided us among the lowest unit cost of loan origination for business lending in India, and a low rate of delinquencies. Role - Senior Manager - HR (CoE-Analytics & Total Rewards) Location - Gurgaon Context: The job holder shall be responsible to provide data driven insights to HR leadership team & business leaders - descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive and manage Total Rewards. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver HR Management Information reporting and analysis within SLAs, and respond to ad hoc requests- Create incentive proposal, calculate & communicate incentives, ensure timely & correct payment- Ensure relevant documentation is available for all HR systems/reporting processes and procedures- Upskill, motivate and ensure improvement in overall productivity of the CoE team members- Design and monitor the compensation ranges for different level and roles. - Perform Compensation benchmarking and design variable pay structures. - Recommend changes in R&R process, policies and practices - Analyze and maintain all HR system access, ensuring appropriate controls are in place- Ensure 100% adherence to compliance and audit- Ensure on time annual appraisal process Key Skills: - Should have excellent knowledge of advanced excel with the ability to effectively & efficiently manipulate and analyze data,- Should be good at data-Visualization- Should have excellent knowledge of PowerPoint presentation (ppt), preparing HR Dashboards, building charts and graphs,- Should be strong in data analytics- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at various levels across the organization- Strong team-working skills, focusing on sharing best practices and supporting colleagues.- Good understanding of the business structure (all entities)- Macros knowledge is preferable- Tableau knowledge is recommended Experience and Educational Qualification: - 3-7 years of proven work experience as an HR professional- MBA in HR from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges would be preferred- Prior experience with payroll, compliance and audits will be preferred.- Global and senior stakeholder management experience is preferred- Experience in designing Incentive plans - Experience in Job evaluation and Job banding exercises - Experience of handling R&R frameworks - Experience of handling entire process of Increments, Bonus and Promotions - Experience of implementing and improving HR processes of the organization,
