Job Description

  • Drive Six Sigma quality culture in the organization
  • Identify issues and challenges, lead/facilitate improvement projects, measure and validate project results, and facilitate successful implementation of all facets of process improvements or changes identified
  • Execute a data-driven, statistical approach to problem solving, including gathering, analyzing and reporting data
  • Define appropriate metrics to gage processes performance through structured reporting governance model
  • Present project analysis and findings to senior leadership to obtain the approval, funding and other requirements to resolve the issue
  • Manage Bright Idea program
  • Process trainings deployment which includes training need identification, preparation of training decks and training delivery
  • Collaborate well with US quality and operations teams
  • Quarterly QMS release, release communication and conduct refresher sessions if required
  • Provide feedback for continuous improvement of QMS
Required Qualifications:
  • Graduation degree
  • PMP/MBA
  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (Mentored GB projects)
  • Hands-on experience on Statistical tool - Minitab
  • Six Sigma implementation experience
  • Six Sigma Tools, Viz., Process Mapping, FMEA, GAGE R&R, Process Capability, Cause Effect Analysis, Pareto Analysis, Correlation and Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing, Control Charts, etc.
  • Results based focused skill set with strong impact and influencing skills
  • Tenacity and energy in leading change towards an effective work environment
  • Ability to mentor Six Sigma projects using DMADV, DMAIC and Lean
  • Ability to communicate effectively to direct and motivate team and others, maintaining a persuasive and credible presentation style at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent training and presentation skills
  • Excellent command over MS Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and process focus
  • Progressive, flexible and team oriented
