Manager / Sr. Manager / DGM (Software Development and New Technology) Job Description The incumbent shall be responsible for end to end software project management for the assigned project including project planning, delivery, user interaction, trouble shooting, managing project operational parameters and people management. S/ he shall ensure for timely and efficiently delivery of the quality software and maintenance. S/ he shall strategize the software development in line with the Business plan of the Company accordingly plan, coordinate and monitor for its timely execution. In addition s/ he shall have to study the systems, design and develop following the full SDLC and Agile Methodology. Her/ his one of the responsibilities shall be to ensure that the IT processes are aligned with the Business needs as well as identify and implement areas of improvement. In addition to maintenance of the software, s/ he shall also interact and train the users and create the awareness general awareness. Risk Management shall also be responsibility. S/ he should be expert in design, development, release cycle, and delivering software products. A record of successful delivery of software applications as an individual, team leader and/ or development manager is required. S/ he should have hands on experience in . NET, MVC, PHP, Web services and other internet based development platforms. In addition, s/ he should have good understanding of relational databases (ORACLE and SQL server) . S/ he should have experience in Application Integration using REST/ SOAP services and/ or database and on Application design and architectureIT with 8- 10 years experience / B Tech with 8- 10 Years experience / Graduates with 15 Years of experienc,
