Job Description

Manager Talent Acquisition job opportunity in Gurgaon for a professional holding at least 5 to 8 years experience in Human Resource. You will use your experience in Talent Acquisition for hiring in role roles. Our client is looking for a professional eager to grow their career in as a Manager Talent Acquisition in Corporate Hiring. If this sounds exciting, apply with us! Location: Gurgaon Your Employer: A leading financial services firm providing retirement and life insurance solutions for protection and long-terms services. Responsibilities:

  • Managing the corporate recruitment and niche hiring recruitment efficiently both from a cost as well as a qualitative perspective.
  • Managing the stakeholders and liaising with HR Business Partners & leadership team for recruitment process
  • Managing and assisting in end to end recruitment process
  • Using different sourcing mix like employee referral programs, social media recruitment , job portals and hiring through vendors , while maximizing the ROI from sourcing mix used
  • Ensuring a robust manpower pipeline to take care of existing as well as expected vacancies
  • Developing the offer recommendations and roll out offer letters
  • Preparing and sharing the Talent Acquisition reports and analytics
  • Managing the recruitment partners - Selection, engagement, cost and delivery management.
  • Market Mapping for Senior ad niche requirements
  • Managing the BGV, joining and onboarding process of new joinees
Requirements:
  • MBA in HR preferred, minimum acceptable qualification is graduate
  • 5- 8 years of experience in end to end talent acquisition
  • Vendor/Third Management is required
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
