Job Description

  • RMS Market & Product Specialists are experts in their domain, with a deep understanding of the market, client needs, and RMS offerings. They provide technical risk management solutions support to the sales team and help progress and close opportunities with existing clients and prospects. They can articulate to customers how RMS products and services can help them address their desired business outcomes. They also play a key role teaming with product management to provide market and client feedback.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a global team of client facing specialists who are SMEs in RMS s strategic offerings. This includes industry leading models (such as earthquake, climate, cybersecurity, wildfire), data offerings, new applications, and cloud platform capabilities
  • Develop & present technical content and demonstrations to support sales opportunities
  • Drive market adoption of their offerings
  • Provide standard and custom technical content of proposals and RFPs
  • Help progress and close opportunities with existing clients and prospects
  • Team with Product Management to understand current and planned offerings in detail, while providing market and client feedback
  • Educate clients on RMS solutions including how to calculate the ROI through Business Value Assessments, Proof-of-Concept engagements, and references
  • Demonstrate RMS thought leadership through speaking engagements, articles, press/analyst meetings
  • Develop and foster strong technical client relationships
  • Partner with Corporate Marketing on risk management solutions campaigns; MPS role to present technical solutions in one on one client meetings, industry events and webinars
  • Help develop client testimonials, solution ROI and case studies
Qualifications
  • Strong industry and domain knowledge
  • Technical expertise
  • Consultative selling, collaboration, and C suite communication skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant industry and products/solutions
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree
  • Previous Pre-Sales experience preferred
