As a market research analyst, you will be a part of small team which drives impact through collecting data and insights about potential and current customers in the F&B space. You will also be evaluating competition in various markets to build a deep understanding of their offerings to compare and contrast against ours. You will be backbone on which decisions can be made more accurately across the organisation.At LT, we want to be more data- driven. This requires us to have the best and most efficient research methodologies. Further, the gathered data needs to not just be communicated, bututilised through the organisation effectively. This will be new team, so part of the job will be to not just do the what, but also define the how .Limetray is a Matrix Partners backed company working with 2500+ Restaurants and growing 2x at scale. It is present across 5 geographies, with majority of its operations in India, Dubai & the UK. In short, we ve proved that we have market fit and are looking to go from a fledgling startup to a large scale organisation.About the role:Collect data on consumers, competitors and market places across multiple geographies - primarily India, UAE, UK, South- East Asia and parts of Africa. Further consolidating this information into actionable items, reports and presentations for the product and business teams.Understanding business objectives and designing surveys to discover prospective customers preferences in our target marketCollaborate with key stakeholders in co- developing and tracking customer needs / goals.Communicate research findings in an impactful & engaging way to cross- functional teams & the wider organization so that they build a strong understanding of customer needs and pain points.Craft customer- centric KPIs & measure impactEffectively translate insights into compelling implementation products that are easy- to- use, intuitive, and can be easily integrated into the member workflow.Who we are looking for:Ability to distill quantitative and qualitative data into important, relevant so whats for a CXO- level audience and key business and product functionsPassion for research, analysis and insight generation.Good oral and written communication skills a must for this role,
