Job DescriptionWho is this personPassionate individual who is maniacally focused on engaging the top Joint Replacement customers (acquisition and retention) for respective region and is a huge enabler for the region to meet their sales goals. This individual has background working as a territory / regional sales manager (min of 8 yrs JR industry experience) whohas the thirst to work in a marketing teamthrives on building relationships with key customers (competitive & retention),envisions (w/ RSM and brand marketing) long term plan for those key regional customers and integrates that with the marketing strategy (developed by the brand marketing team for the entire country)works closely with the regional sales manager and the sales team to execute the plan for those key customersResponsibilitiesFocus on building relationships with top 20 customers for region (includes both acquisition and retention targets)Understand their long term interest and develop engagement plans in collaboration with marketing team and regional sales managerTightly integrate into the regional sales team to ensure full alignment with the team by participating in regional sales meetingsRepresent key brands in the field with help from the brand marketing teamBe the voice for the region to bring out kit requirements, marketing activity ideas, academic event ideas etc with the marketing / meded teamsProvide key updates on competitive activity in the fieldWork with sales and brand marketing teams to plan the needs for region from a marketing and meded activities standpoint (in alignment with the overall objectives of the division)Help execute key events (for top 20 customers or other larger events) in their respective territories,
