Job Description

As a Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns for the company. What you will do:

  • Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for the short as well as long term
  • Designing yearly, quarterly and monthly digital media strategy in line with business objectives
  • Identifying opportunities for partnerships (content and social media)
  • Management of various social media channels and the content for the same.
  • Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on social media channels
  • Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
  • Competitor and customer insights analysis (basis the strategies implemented)
  • Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales (basis the strategies implemented)
  • Establishing performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates
  • Strategizing and targeting ways to increase user base through push notifications, mailers, etc.
  • Managing the companys external and internal affiliate programs
Required Candidate profileWhat you need to have:
  • Experience of minimum 2 years in email, affiliate and content marketing.
  • Understanding of social media and digital marketing
  • Crisp and fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a highly charged environment without compromising on quality
