Job Description

Mega walk-in for process trainer & senior process tarinerRoles:

  • Identifying the training needs across levels & conducting Refresher Training for the employees to improve the productivity. Coordinate training schedule, set up, creation of training materials and follow-up
  • Training new employees in areas including product knowledge, customer communications and internal systems
  • Responsible for providing the product knowledge to all new joiners.
  • Delivering product training (including selling skills, soft skills, objection handling) to Customer Service Executives and Language Experts.
  • Assist in delivery of ongoing training programs
  • Evaluate training and report on trainees
  • Reviewing trainees performances and preparing participants score sheets
  • Arrange for follow-up training, or report back following training sessions
  • Timely & constructive feedback and counseling of the trainees
  • Maintain detailed records of workshops conducted, participant lists, feedback, follow up activities etc.
Requirements:
  • Excellent command over written and spoken English without any Grammatical error
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of and experience in product training in BPO domain
  • Should have collaborative skills as this role calls for partnership with operations and the quality teams
  • Strong people orientation
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
  • Ability to interact with clients and represent training function at a process level
  • Should be able to establish relationship with operations team and clients to receive feedback on Training and delivery
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and soft skills
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented
