  • Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
  • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Working as a Unified Communications L3 resource, you will be responsible for supporting a growing number of services 2 Will be working with key people to provide secure, reliable service that you would help design, implement and support 3 Manage the Deployment and implementation of new services and testing of same
      • Technical Experience : 1 Build and deploy MS Teams and O365 Microsoft Teams Phone system, Advance voice configuration Proficient in configuration of Dial plan, routes, truck, RGS, CAP and media bypass 2 Working knowledge and experience on QOE, CQM analysis and on hybrid environment, able to manage voicemail on MS team tenant 3 Experience in deployment of Microsoft Teams Cloud Voice, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Skype/Teams voice
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Excellent customer facing communications skills verbal and written 2 Ability to work in a high-pressure environment along with project planning skills
