Responsibilities Assisting to establish and then to continually update internal knowledge base Working with the field (remotely) to assist with benchmarking of customer agreements. Trusted advisor to both Field Sales and Negotiation Experts (MAS) Clearly defining the Scope of Work and Services offered to the Customer and identify any clarifications or exceptions to the Customer s inquiry. Re- acting with urgency to the requirements of their internal customer base. Ensuring that all timelines are met. Maintaining knowledge of the software publishers in the market place. Any additional tasks that are deemed appropriate by their line manager. Qualifications Exceptional facilitation, organizational skills and time management are required. Effective communications skills, both written and verbal, for interface with the internal customer base and co- workers as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non- technical audiences. Able to work in a team environment. Effective computer skills: Microsoft Office Software Suite (including Excel), and other Company and discipline specific software applications are required. The skill to independently define, schedule, and manage the proposal preparation process, including the ability to understand and analyze the details of a software licensing contract is a must. Demonstrated strong writing and editing skills. (Blend of technical and sales/ marketing skills strongly preferred.) Excellent team player, able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams. Demonstrated ability to creating solutions, not just identifying problems, is essential.,
