  • Project Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1 In depth MSSQL Server Database Administration experience 2 Responsible for ensuring availability and performance of the databases in system 3 Practical experience in database monitoring 4 Proactively monitor the database systems to ensure services with minimum downtime 5 Good knowledge of MSSQL Server Architecture Troubleshooting performance tuning issues 6 Good knowledge on implementing Database level security 7 knowledge on HADR High availability implementation
      • Technical Experience : 1 Supported 24/7 multi-tenant systems, preferably for a SaaS application 2 Involved with support of a complex architecture 3 5 years in related database administration roles supporting Windows systems 4 5 years of Administrating MSSQL Databases in AWS,Azure VM and Azure SQL Databases 5 5 years of experience in writing SQL Queries, SQL Procedures/Functions 6 3 years of experience in working with Azure native cloud tools logic Apps, data factory etc 7 Cloud Certification in any AWS,Azure
      • Professional Attributes : 1 1 Resource should have good written and verbal communication skill 2 Flexible with rotation shifts 247 environment 3 Travel to other locations when required 4 Good analytical Skill 5 Ability to document technical knowledge
      • Educational Qualification : Graduate
    • Additional Information : 1 Good knowledge of O/S 2 Cross skilled in at least one more RDBMS
