Job Description

  • Role :Cloud Operations Engineer
  • Role Description :Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), execution of scripting and monitoring automations. Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents / requests.
  • Must Have Skills :Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
  • Good To Have Skills :Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM),Workplace Technology Solutions
  • Job Requirements :
    • Key Responsibilities : Implementation, Upgradation and Migration of SCCM to the latest CU or current branch and pack from existig one Administrating of SCCM Infrastructure , Software Updates Patch Activity , OSD Deployment ,MDT , SCCM server administration, Application Package Deployment, Prepare and export Different Kind of Report,AntiVIrus Management,SCOM ,SCPM, Veeam Backup and Recovery, Hyper-V, SCSM AntiVirus Managementworkig with collections, advertisements, task sequences and Powershell Scripts troubleshooting the SCCM issues, remediation and RCA analysis of high priority incidentsday-to-day monitoring of the SCCM Infrastructure and Creating queries based on collectionsPatch management to an expert level, working on OSDs, deploying OSDs and Image management through MDT is a must with USMT - Creation of SOPs, Documents in detail and updating them regularly is a the core requirementworking in length on clients requirements and coming up with service improvement plans working as a team player
